IVF
The IVF (In Vitro Fertilization = Glass Test Tube Fertilization) is typically used when the woman has bilateral fallopian tube blockage. But the partner’s reduced sperm quality, the woman’s age, the couple’s distress, and the failure of other treatments can also lead to the decision to undergo in vitro fertilization. IVF to strive for.
At the IVF One or more eggs are combined with the sperm outside the body to transfer the embryo into the uterus after fertilization and embryo development has occurred in order to achieve pregnancy.
Various combinations of medications can be used for this purpose; these are called protocols. Which one should be used depends on various factors.

There are different ways to IVF do this:
- so-called conventional IVF
- so-called Mini-IVF™
- in the natural cycle (NC–IVF)
- Donor IVF
If the quality of the male sperm is severely reduced at the same time as the female findings are present, fertilization of the individual egg cell with one sperm strand is possible: ICSI
If there are no sperm present, these treatments can also be performed with donor sperm (ADI) will be carried out.
