Many centers boast their pregnancy rates.

How the results were calculated and whether this really is the pregnancy rate of all female patients or only of very young women is sometimes difficult for the external observer to discern.

We would like to present our results to you in a transparent and open manner, and therefore provide you with the pregnancy rates of our center – calculated by an independent and official source, the IVF German Register (in short DIR).

The German IVF Register is a central institution that receives the results (including pregnancy rates) from almost all reproductive medicine facilities operating in Germany. It is therefore an instrument for quality assurance and a reflection of our own work.

In summary, we belong with one Pregnancy rate of 43.8% for all age groups Best 3% of IVF the practices operating in Germany.

What is also noteworthy is that we very often only IVF perform the „simple“ procedures rather than the much more invasive and costly ICSI treatment. Only about 5% of the centers operating in Germany perform as infrequently as we do ICSI. This is in line with current studies, which tend to IVF advocate for the use of these procedures when sperm quality allows (Figure 2).

This saves our patients' finances while maintaining consistently excellent pregnancy rates.

The graph below provides an overview of the pregnancy rates among female patients in IVF or ICSI after the last year.

On average, the pregnancy rates in our center are around 7-8% higher than the national average for all centers in Germany. For female patients over 40, we are even over 13% better. For years, we have been particularly focused on the treatment of so-called „poor responders,“ that is, female patients who do not respond well to conventional protocols such as endometriosis patients, or even „older“ female patients.
