With 30 years delay!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Nobel Prize for the father of IVF<\/h2>\n<h3>Robert Edwards, the father of \u2018in vitro\u2019 fertilization, receives the Nobel Prize for medicine<\/h3>\n<p>The British researcher <em>Robert Edwards<\/em> has been rewarded with the 2010 Nobel Prize for medicine, for his breakthrough in \u2018in vitro\u2019 fertilization.<\/p>\n<p>He is getting this prize at 84 years of age, and at over 30 years from conceiving the first child in a tube. At that time it was a real medical revolution, because it made treating sterility possible!<\/p>\n<p>Since then, <strong>4 million children<\/strong> have been born, thanks to \u2018in vitro\u2019 fertilization.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Finally!
