This procedure is called <strong>TESE<\/strong> (testicular sperm extraction). During a minor surgical procedure, testicular tissue is extracted and either used on the same day for ICSI in the female partner, or first frozen (cryopreserved). However, <a href=\"https:\/\/kwt.meiio.net\/spektrum\/kinderwunsch\/therapie-des-unerfuellten-kinderwunsches\/ivf-in-vitro-fertilisation\/nc-ivf\">NC-IVF<\/a> is not advisable since the &#8220;base material&#8221; (testicular tissue) is not available in unlimited amounts.<\/p>\n<p>Again, <a href=\"https:\/\/kwt.meiio.net\/spektrum\/kinderwunsch\/therapie-des-unerfuellten-kinderwunsches\/ivf-in-vitro-fertilisation\/mini-ivf\">Mini-IVF\u2122<\/a> and conventional <a href=\"https:\/\/kwt.meiio.net\/spektrum\/kinderwunsch\/therapie-des-unerfuellten-kinderwunsches\/ivf-in-vitro-fertilisation\/konventionelle-ivf\">IVF<\/a> (each with <a href=\"https:\/\/kwt.meiio.net\/spektrum\/kinderwunsch\/therapie-des-unerfuellten-kinderwunsches\/icsi-intrazytoplasmatische-spermien-injektion\">ICSI<\/a>, of course) can also be performed as &#8220;basic treatment&#8221;. However, <a href=\"https:\/\/kwt.meiio.net\/spektrum\/kinderwunsch\/therapie-des-unerfuellten-kinderwunsches\/ivf-in-vitro-fertilisation\/nc-ivf\">NC-IVF<\/a> is rather inadvisable here, since the &#8220;basic material&#8221;
